Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping Time:
International shipping generally takes 10–20 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance and local postal service.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, package size, and weight.
Order Tracking & Notification:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order you recently placed with us, please do so as soon as possible by emailing with your order number.
Customers have the option to cancel requests free of penalty before fulfilment and delivery begins.
Once an order enters the shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled.
For cancelled orders that have not yet shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these additional charges.
Lost or Damaged Items:
If your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to investigate and arrange a resolution — replacement or refund as appropriate.
